Jill Perez is a Professional Learning Coordinator at the Maryland Coalition for Inclusive Education (MCIE), where she draws on more than 25 years of K–12 experience to lead work at the intersection of systems change, educational equity, and disability inclusion. Working alongside educators, instructional leaders, and district teams across the country, she designs high-impact professional learning experiences, develops practical tools and frameworks for school and district implementation, and serves as a trusted thought partner to administrators navigating complex equity challenges — all grounded in the belief that inclusive practices should be not the exception, but the standard.
