The Maryland Coalition for Inclusive Education (MCIE) is thrilled to announce the release of our Annual Report for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. This year has been a remarkable journey of growth, collaboration, and impactful change in inclusive education. Our commitment to ensuring that every learner is valued, belongs, and receives effective instruction alongside their peers has driven our efforts and achievements.
Our Mission and Vision
At MCIE, we believe in transforming education to address inequities and gaps in opportunities and outcomes for all students. Our vision of authentic inclusion is rooted in belonging, meaningful engagement, and effective instruction through a collaborative culture. We partner with public school systems nationwide to build their capacity to educate and support each student effectively.
